Personal checks may take up to 14 business days to clear berfore order will be processed and shipped.

Store Policy and Returns

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of recieving it for a full refund, with the exception of pipes. (shipping costs is not included in refund amount). Pipes that have been smoked out of are non-refundable. Other items that may have these common sense refund policies will have this clearly described in the item description. If you recieve an item damaged in shipping, you must contact SilentFeathers within 3 days of receiving the item to make arrangements for replacement or refund. SilentFeathers reserves the right to replace a damaged item with another like item of equal value or to refund the customer full purchase price. I will always work with my customers to find the best resolution for all issues.
