If you would like to pay with a check or money order please contact Jim at silentfeathers@live.com to make payment arrangements. 

Personal checks may take up to 14 business days to clear berfore order will be processed and shipped.

Store Policy and Returns

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of recieving it for a full refund. (shipping costs is not included in refund amount).  If you recieve an item damaged in shipping, you must contact  SilentFeathers within 3 days of receiving the item to make arrangements for replacement or refund. SilentFeathers, reserves the right to replace a damaged item with another like item of equal value or to refund the customer full purchase price. I will always work with my customers to find the best resolution for all issues.
