All pipes have a limited refund policy. If your pipe was damaged during shipping you must immediately contact me within 3 days of recieveing it and make arrangements with me to immediately return it for replacement or refund. I will not accept any returns once a pipe is filled and smoked from. I will not accept a refund if a pipe was broken by ramming the stem into it either. (stick the connecting pin of the stem in your mouth and wet it, then gently snug it into the pipestone pipe). All pipes will be smudged & blessed during packing. You should do the same upon receiving and opening your package....NOTE: All reasonable offers and/or trades will be considered on all pipes. Note: I am not a member of a federally recognized tribe and can not sell these pipes as authentic Native American pipes, all pipes are reproductions only. Items found on this web site are NOT Indian produced, an Indian product, or the product of a particular Indian or Indian tribe or Indian arts and crafts organization, resident within the United States.
