PayPal is the prefered payment method. (You do not need a PayPal account to purchase items, just follow check out instructions and pay with most credit cards). For other payment arrangements please email or call Jim (SilentFeathers).
USPS Priority Mail w/delivery confirmation is the standard shipping method on all orders of $20.00 or more. Orders under $20.00 will be shipped by First Class mail.
Purchases are shipped within 3 business days from receipt of payment, excluding mail holidays, unless otherwise stated. Combined shipping automatically figured during checkout. Multiple Item orders will determine shipping cost by the highest price for shipping charged on one item and the cost for shipping on all additional items is listed in the item description for each additional item.
All items will be carefully packed with the utmost care for a safe and more secure journey! SilentFeathers will not be responsible for items lost in the mail. Insured shipping is an available option with all orders orders under $50.00 and standard on all orders $50.00 and above. (see item details or contact SilentFeathers for more information).
Store Policy and Returns
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of recieving it for a full refund, with the exception of pipes. (shipping costs is not included in refund amount). Pipes that have been smoked out of are non-refundable. Other items that may have these common sense refund policies will have this clearly described in the item description. If you recieve an item damaged in shipping, you must contact Jim SilentFeathers at SilentFeathers Trading Post within 3 days of receiving the item to make arrangements for replacement or refund. SilentFeathers Trading Post reserves the right to replace a damaged item with another like item of equal value or to refund the customer full purchase price. SilentFeathers Trading Post will always work with their customers to find the best resolution for all issues.
