Sometimes, if not almost every time, it's not what you know in your mind or what you think you know in your mind to be the truth, it's what you feel in your heart, being connected to the mind at the same time that determines the truth to be known to the “self”...if you know something in your mind to be the truth but do not feel it in your heart to be the truth, well, something must be out of balance and wrong about the truth you “think” but not “feel” to be true.
If it doesn't feel right, it usually isn't....feel the truth yourself in your heart and do not rely on or trust your mind only…..The Great Spirit did not give us the mind/heart connection by accident, but made it so for validating truth from falsehood and to make it easier for us to walk in balance and beauty.
What is happening now days, especially in the media and other propaganda and control mechanisms is that we have been duped into using our minds only in almost every aspect of life. The spirit has been knocked out of us so to speak and we have been conditioned to think, act, and respond by using our minds only (often in a medicated condition or from a place of fear).
To know the truth is only getting half way to the destination, feeling the truth in the heart along with knowing the truth in the mind, the path or destination becomes more clear and there is very little or no mistake of the destination or truth of the pathway getting there.
To get where we are going, where-ever that may be, is surely going to be a better place if we know and feel the truth at the same time as we journey there….together.
It is time for not only for us to know the truth, but also for us to feel the truth at the same time. Without this heart/mind connection working in harmony together, we surely most likely will remain lost or unable to reach our destiny, where ever that place may be.

You know this was one lesson I definitely had to learn the hard way. I had so little self asssurance, was always second guessing my career desicions. Asking people what I should do in so many situations. I look back now and wished to god I had stuck it out and had enough confidence and self respect to follow some of my own dreams and beliefs. Because people will almost always as a matter of course tell you to do the exact opposite of what you propose or disclose to them, does'nt matter could be mom, pop, anyone you love trust or are friends with, I guess the great lesson is when to start trusting your heart. what you've know instictually to be true for years, I would never have steered myself wrong!
